How to raise a problem and what happens next.
If a family has a problem with the school, or with a document the school has issued, they should write to the school office at the address on the contact page. A complaint is welcomed, and it is answered.
A complaint is acknowledged within a reasonable time, and the office replies with what it has found and what it proposes to do. Where a grade or a document is wrong, it is corrected and the correction is recorded.
A decision may be asked for again. If the matter is not resolved, it is referred to the head of school, whose decision is final.
Nothing here prevents a family from taking a matter to any authority that has jurisdiction over it.
