What this website collects, why, and what is never done with it.

The website collects only what the school needs in order to issue a diploma and keep a record: the student's name as it should be printed, an email address, a telephone number, a postal address, the date of birth, the month and year the student began ninth grade, and the name of any previous school.

The examination is marked by the school's own server. Answers are stored so the result can be produced and kept as part of the academic record. They are not used for advertising and are not shared.

Payment is handled by a payment processor. The school does not receive or store a full card number. The office sees that a payment was made, and the amount.

The site uses no advertising trackers and sells nothing about you to anybody. Information given to the school is used to run the school: to mark the examination, to prepare and post the diploma, to answer you, and to keep the academic record.

A student or parent may ask what is held about them and may ask for it to be deleted, except for the academic record itself, which the school keeps because it is the record a future transcript depends on. Requests go to the school office at the address on the contact page.
