The program fee covers the school's work in enrolling the student, marking the examination, keeping the academic record, and preparing and issuing the digital diploma. Where a printed copy is chosen, the additional fee covers printing and postage of the certificate.
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Jonathan, 2026-09-15: "no refunds." By paying, the student or their family agrees that the fee is not refundable once it has been paid, including where the student does not go on to sit the examination, does not pass it, or stops taking part before finishing.
The fee for a printed certificate is not refundable once the certificate has been prepared or posted.
This does not affect any right a person has under the law that cannot be given up, and the school's obligation to provide what was paid for does not change. A family who does not receive the document they paid for should write to the school office at the address on the contact page.
Because the fee is not refundable, a person should be sure before paying. Any question about the program, the examination, or what the diploma is and is not should be asked of the school office first, and the accreditation page should be read before enrolling.
